Thus, we are giving them the best of the best. This situation is not so far from the teaching profession. As teachers we also want our pupils to receive the best education. Hence, administrators prepare seminars and workshops for the enhancement of teachers’ knowledge and invigorate the minds for the benefit of their clients: the young minds.
